GENEVA, ILLINOIS (12/19/2017) – Marrying classic features to an ultra-modern design, Devil Dog Arms has released a full line of distinguished 1911 pistols to the US Market, in time for initial showing at SHOT Show 2018 in Las Vegas, NV. These dramatic masterpieces of engineering and manufacturing innovation are now available in 3.5”, 4.25” and 5” Standard configurations, as well as 4.25” and 5” Tac Rail models, featuring a 3-slot Picatinny rail forward of the trigger guard.

DDA 1911 pistols feature heat-treated and machined frames, manufactured from 4140 domestic investment cast steel with 22LPI front strap checkering and proprietary NBD Grips, accented by a unique slide that is heat treated and machined from 4140 domestic billet steel featuring a custom flat top/45º design with oversized front and rear serrations. All DDA 1911s feature match-grade, heat treated, button rifled and double stress relieved barrels machined from 416 Stainless steel, and include a match-fit barrel bushing.
Additional standard features of the DDA 1911 include a 3-hole aluminum trigger with a 3.5-4lb trigger pull, and Kensight® DFS fixed white-dot sights. The full line is available in either Black, Tan or Two-Tone configurations, allowing each customer to combine their functional and aesthetic requirements within the most advanced production 1911 pistol ever manufactured.
